Instructors, Study Groups & Partners

STIMM is built as a collaborative, multi-voice teaching ecosystem—not a one-person model.

We welcome aligned educators, facilitators, study groups, and development partners across our seven pillars. If your expertise and mission alignment are genuine, there is a place for you in STIMM's work.

A Distributed Network of Aligned Voices

STIMM is intentionally designed to grow beyond a single voice or instructor. As the ministry develops, we actively welcome aligned study groups, facilitators, teachers, and skilled partners who can contribute to the educational, practical, and restorative pillars of our work.

This includes expertise across spiritual restoration, law, history, financial literacy, trust law, contract law, healing, natural living, trades, technology, engineering, vocational development, agriculture, housing, self-sufficiency, youth training, and advanced erudition. Whether you lead study circles, teach practical skills, mentor emerging leaders, or develop community initiatives—STIMM provides a mission-aligned framework for your contribution.

We value both substance and integrity—not hype, not shortcuts, just genuine expertise and authentic commitment.

As the ministry develops and expands, support for instructors, facilitators, and approved partners may be provided through structured ministry-approved models. Specific arrangements are determined based on the scope and nature of partnership. These may include:

(We do not promise compensation models we have not yet fully defined. All partnerships are discussed openly and transparently.)

Exchange Models

  • Barter & Trade: Exchange of services, products, or skills
  • Stipends: Structured periodic support for ongoing work
  • Honoraria: Payment for specific teaching, consultation, or projects

Financial Support

  • Fiat Support: Direct monetary compensation
  • Donations: Community contributions to support your work
  • Fund Allocation: Access to pillar-specific development funds

Key Principles

  • No public promise of compensation we haven't yet structured. We work transparently with partners.
  • Support models are agreed upon individually based on the scope and nature of partnership.
  • Partnership prioritizes mission alignment and sustainable, ethical contribution over profit maximization.
  • All partnerships support STIMM's humanitarian and community-building goals.

As STIMM grows, we envision dedicated ministry funds supporting education, healing, housing, self-sufficiency, youth development, and community upliftment. These may be supported through donations, internal stewardship, aligned ventures, and future ecosystem development.

STIMM's Collaborative Vision

STIMM envisions a thriving collaborative ecosystem where teachers, practitioners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders work together to uplift humanity. This is not a top-down model or a single-instructor platform—it's a distributed network of aligned voices, each bringing their gifts, expertise, and commitment to authentic service.

Together, we strengthen the seven pillars—ministry, education, healing, trades, housing, economic development, and community uplift—creating lasting transformation through substance, integrity, and shared purpose.
